Introductory Session

First hour free (normally $100/hr)
A relaxed introduction where we assess your kitchen, talk menu preferences, explore your equipment, and cook something together so you can sample my teaching style.
Minimum booking: 3 hours for full lessons.

Standard Private Lessons

$100/hr (3-hour minimum 2 people - $50/hr extra per extra person - 6 max)
Personalized, in-home cooking lessons for individuals, couples, or small groups. Includes:

Hands-on cooking with professional techniques, safety first.

6-Hour Gift Lesson (for one or two people): $500
Includes 30min free video consultation for menu planning, shopping list creation, as well as hands-on cooking, plating, and a simple optional dessert.

Travel & Equipment Surcharges

$25 travel fee for locations 10+ miles from Lake Merritt, Oakland

Additional surcharge if special equipment/ingredients are requested
