With over 15 years of experience as a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor, I’ve had the privilege of studying and teaching across a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation practices like Pranayama. My Journey: I began my yoga practice as a way to find balance, inner peace, and strength. Over time, I found that yoga was more than just a physical practice—it became a transformative journey for mind, body, and spirit. This realization led me to pursue deeper studies and certifications in multiple yoga styles, with a focus on both the physical postures and the philosophical aspects of yoga. I’ve had the honor of studying with world-renowned teachers and spiritual leaders, which has deepened my knowledge and understanding of yoga on all levels. Through my personal practice and continued education, I am committed to growing and evolving alongside my students.
