About Roni

I am a passionate ESL tutor with 10 years of experience working with High School and College students. I have taught around 150–200 students, helping them improve their English skills. My teaching philosophy is to keep learning simple, clear, and practical. I believe students learn best when lessons are easy to understand and connected to real life.

I use a variety of teaching techniques, including speaking practice, writing tasks, and grammar exercises. I also encourage students to participate actively in every lesson. I adapt my teaching style based on each student’s needs. This helps them learn faster and feel more confident.

One of my achievements is helping students improve their communication skills and perform better in exams. I am a patient and friendly tutor who enjoys helping students grow.

About the lesson

My teaching approach for ESL combines creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that learning should be both enjoyable and meaningful. I use creative methods like storytelling, role-play, and real-life conversations to help students use English in practical situations.

I focus on developing critical thinking skills by encouraging students to share their opinions, analyse ideas, and communicate clearly. This helps them build confidence and become better communicators.

As a mentor, I guide students with patience and understanding. I take time to learn about their needs and adapt my teaching style accordingly. I create a friendly and supportive learning environment.

I also emphasise accountability by setting clear goals and tracking progress. I provide regular feedback and encourage students to stay consistent in their practice.

Besides ESL, I teach related subjects to support overall development. My goal is to help students become confident, fluent, and independent learners.
