About Weston
I earned my bachelors degree in history from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo and a single subject credential in social science. I began teaching at a high school in the central valley, and currently have 4 years of teaching experience, as well as experience as an activities director. I have experience in teaching social science for grades 6-12 and students with all abilities, including severe handicap, attention deficit, and gifted and talented. I am highly professional and passionate about education.

Highly competent in writing strategies, reading, comprehension, grammar, etc. Uniquely patient and teach with engaging strategies and a skill centered approach. Strategies include inquiry based methods, modeling, multiple forms of instruction for mastery (writing/speaking/reading/listening).
