About Poulami

I am Poulami Kundu, a second-year B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering student who is passionate about technology, creativity, and continuous learning. I come from a modest, hardworking family where values like perseverance and honesty guide everything we do. My father is the main earning member, and his dedication inspires me to work hard toward my goals. I have developed skills in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I’m currently strengthening my foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms. I also participated in the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) and was selected in the internal round, which helped me gain hands-on experience in teamwork and innovation. My strengths are determination, curiosity, and problem-solving ability. I believe in learning from every experience and improving each day. I aspire to become a skilled software engineer who contributes to meaningful technological advancements and makes my family proud.

About the lesson

My Teaching Approach: As a Computer Science undergraduate, I combine logic-based thinking with practical problem-solving to make Math simple and enjoyable. I focus on building strong conceptual understanding first, then help students apply those concepts to real-world and exam-style problems. Teaching Techniques & Methods: -I use visual explanations, step-by-step breakdowns, and everyday examples to simplify tough topics. -I adapt my teaching style to the student’s level — whether they need help in fundamentals or advanced problem-solving. -I encourage interactive learning through questions, quizzes, and practice tests to track progress. -I make sure every class ends with a short recap and a few practice questions for better retention. Structure of a Typical Class: -Quick recap of previous concepts -Explanation of new topic with examples -Guided problem-solving practice -Independent exercises and doubt-clearing -Short summary + homework suggestions What Makes My Classes Special: -Friendly and patient approach — I make sure no student feels left behind. -Focus on understanding, not rote learning. -Personalized notes and practice sheets. -Exam-oriented strategies and time management tips. My classes are ideal for: -School students (Classes 6–12, CBSE/ICSE/State Boards) -Students preparing for competitive exams (like JEE Foundation, NTSE, Olympiads) -Anyone who wants to strengthen their math fundamentals
