I am in my Junior year studying Biology at Western Governor's University. I am also a High School basketball coach in Rural Eastern North Carolina. I am avid about improving the lives of our youth and promoting equality in education among all.

As a tutor, my approach is to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. I strive to understand my student's unique needs and learning styles, adapting my teaching methods and techniques accordingly. I believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative relationship where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in the learning process.
My typical lesson plan would be a short warm-up exercise regarding the day's topic. After this, I introduce today's topic and discuss the information for 20-30 minutes. After this, I take time to answer any student's questions regarding the topic. To conclude, I give a relatively simple key term exit ticket so the students can display the knowledge they gained from the lesson.
My ability to adapt and succeed sets me apart as a tutor. As a current High School basketball coach, I have learned how to adapt to every student's needs.
My classes are great for middle and high school students studying Earth Science, Biology, Etc.
