About Rahmeen
Hello, I'm Rahmeen, and I'm excited about the opportunity to be a tutor. I am currently a medical student and would like to share my knowledge in science and maths. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I believe in tailoring my approach to each student's unique learning style and needs, encouraging them to ask questions, think critically, and achieve their academic goals. Firstly, I would assess the students current knowledge, strengths, weaknesses and learning style to tailor my approach to their specific needs. I will work with my student to establish clear learning objectives and goals to ensure that our lessons are focused and purposeful. I use discussions, examples and practice questions to keep the student actively involved. In patient and willing to explain concepts in multiple ways until they are fully understood. Lastly, I provide regular feedback on the student’s performance and encourage them to ask questions and seek clarification.
The length of each lesson can vary depending on the students needs but typically it would last 1 to 2 hours.
I’m currently a medical student who has just completed A Levels in which I received A*A*A. I also did GCSE with 8 grade 9’s and one 8.
I mainly tutor students for GCSE sciences and maths as well as tutoring students doing A level Maths, Chemistry and Biology.
