About Levi
I've had roughly two years of tutoring experience. For example, I worked with a special needs high school freshman to assist him with algebra and the organization of his studies. Within the first month, we were able to bring his grade from nearly 0% to 70%. I will do my best to reassure confidence in your studies.

My teaching method is very example reliant. Studies have shown that students who receive more examples are able to proceed on their own at a better pace. I like to give plenty of examples, and then lead step-by-step. I set up a plan of what I would like to cover in each session, and how long we will spend on each portion to maximize our time together.
Here is an example lesson plan for tutoring Algebra 1-2.
1. Begin with going over previous assignments and see what went wrong and what went right.
2. Go back in time and work on brushing up on simple skills such as power rules, negative rules, and the like. This helps to eliminate easy-to-miss mistakes.
3. Do a few examples based on the current assignment history.
4. Work on current assignments and give guidance throughout.
I am able to provide sessions in classes through beginner algebra up to Calculus 2. My degree has not required me to take geometry, and as such I can not assist with geometry or trig.
