About Matthew

I am a student in Ireland and the system is tough so I’d love to help others who are in the position I was to achieve the best result they possibly can and give them the aid they require along the way. Having just completed the Leaving Cert I understand the exam structure and what is exp[ected from students.

About the lesson

As many classes a week depending on needs of student. Classes will be one hour prepared in advance ready to make the most of our time. Understanding is key to retaining information and that is what we will focus on.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience had by the students of Matthew.

Deadly! I would highly recommend Matthew as a maths tutor. I had him teaching maths to my daughter, who was doing her Leaving Cert, and my son, who was doing his Junior Cert. They both felt very at ease with him and learned so much. They actually found they learned better with Matthew than they did with their own teacher at school.
Matthew was extremely patient, understanding and very good at explaining things in a way they could understand. We were very happy with his work and the progress they both made.
Thank you so much, Matthew, for all your hard work. I really hope we’ll get you again when my son starts his Leaving Cert!

Mattthew helped me during my leaving cert and always adjusted to my needs when it came to maths, I always felt comfortable asking him a question and Matthew always had the answer which he explained in a way that I could easily understand. Matthew is patient and communicates welll.

I’ve been going to Matthew for the last 2 months and I have to say he’s completely changed my maths grades. From just passing my Christmas and summer test in 5th year to finally getting a H2 in my recent Halloween test (something I never thought was possible). He’s been so good and the way he explains stuff works so much better for me than in a classroom. I’d highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking to get their maths grades up.
