About Helena
With a BSc in Applied Physics and over 4 years of teaching experience, I bring both knowledge and passion to physics education. My research background is in plasma physics and fusion energy. I specialize in plasma states, magnetic confinement, inertial confinement, and clean energy innovation. I work with students who are curious about space science, energy solutions, and high-energy physics. My lessons make complex topics clear and exciting. I connect theory with real research to make learning meaningful. I inspire students to explore plasma physics deeply. Together, we uncover the promise of the fourth state of matter to transform energy for humanity.

I follow a nurturing and personalized teaching approach that adapts to each student’s pace. I focus on clarity, engagement, and deep understanding. My subjects include thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, astrophysics, nuclear physics, and computational physics. I also teach computer modeling, data visualization, numerical methods, and scientific programming basics.
Simulations and practical examples are key in my lessons. They make learning active and relevant. My teaching combines research insights with interactive methods. I help students build strong computational and analytical skills. Lessons encourage critical thinking and curiosity.
I guide students through exams, assignments, and projects. Together, we celebrate their mastery of physics concepts.
