Lily is a respected tutor in our community. She is highly recommended for her commitment and the quality of her lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Lily
I have a love for STEM subjects, and I am keen to pass some of that passion onto you as potential-filled students.
Throughout school, I was always one of the quiet ones who never really said much - putting my hand up to give answers and asking questions in class made me so anxious. For a long time, I didn't really enjoy being at school, which really put me off learning and being the best I could be.
I have grown so much since then, as a person and in my confidence, and I am looking to give you that little boost you need, both in confidence and academically. I am currently studying for a degree in Bioscience whilst working at a major pharmaceutical company.

I aim to deliver hour-long lessons of guided exam papers and topic-selected exam-style questions tailored to GCSE students (and below).
I hold a grade 9 and A* in GCSE Mathematics and Further Mathematics, respectively, and an A at A-level. I volunteered as a classroom assistant in school and developed this skill when I became a tutor in 2020.
My ultimate aim is for your confidence in maths to grow. Through flourishing confidence comes motivation and determination, which translates into the grades you deserve.

Lily is a friendly, knowledgeable, and responsible person who I believe will be an excellent tutor. As a colleague, I have seen Lily's mathematical skills at work and her passion for the subject makes her an ideal tutor.
Lily has been giving extra maths tuition to my daughter Phoebe to help her with her GCSE's. I would highly recommend Lily if you are looking for a tutor. She is always polite and comes on time and is able to be flexible if need be. I am very happy with her level and quality of teaching - Lily always explains things in a really clear way which my daughter can understand. Phoebe has really benefitted from the extra tuition that Lily has been giving her.
