About Nathan
Hi! I'm a third-year dental student with a strong passion for teaching and helping students succeed in their studies. Having achieved A* grades consistently in both my GCSEs and A Levels, I know firsthand the strategies needed to excel in Chemistry and Biology. With my experience as a top-performing student and as a tutor, I understand the challenges students face and how to overcome them effectively.
My approach focusses on ensuring a solid foundation of content knowledge while placing a strong emphasis on exam technique and smart study strategies. I believe that, with the right guidance and approach, any student is capable of reaching their full potential and achieving top grades. I’m patient and adaptable, tailoring each lesson to suit individual needs and learning styles, ensuring you grasp difficult concepts at your own pace.

Every student learns differently, and thats why my tutoring approach is tailored to each student’s needs and learning style. Lessons are customised following a consultation call, where we discuss goals, current challenges, and expectations to create the most effective plan for success moving forwards.
My lessons are rooted in building a strong foundational understanding of core concepts in GCSE/A-Level Chemistry/Biology. Then, once this baseline is established, we shift focus to exam techniques and application — crucial skills that often aren’t emphasised nearly enough in the classroom. I know from experience that simply understanding the content is only half the battle; knowing how to apply that knowledge correctly in an exam setting is the secret to top performance.
I aim to not only help you grasp complex topics, but more importantly, to teach you how to study 'smart' — providing tried and proven revision strategies for efficient learning to maximise exam success.
