About Sidhant
Hi Everyone,
My Name is Sid, I am 2nd year medical student in London from Singapore. Having graduate with a 42 in the IB Diploma and securing entrance to Barts and the London Medical School at Queen Mary as an international student I am more than familiar with the growing demands for academic rigour amongst students. However, I understand students don't always get the help they need and are often forced to study a certain way. I pride my successes in tutoring to helping a person better understand how they learn. My focus with students is always teaching them how to ask the right questions and how to check their work. This underpins my entire teaching philosophy. I believe that students who are encourage and facilitate to learn through challenges and problem solving succeed in the long run. With 5 years of experience tutoring at both GCSE and IB level across subjects I've had the chance to work with many students online and in person. If we get the chance to work together I hope to get to know you and what your struggling with well before helping develop a personalised plan to overcome any challenges. I always welcome feedback, asking all my students to fill out a feedback form at the end ensuring that I am constantly improving.
Other than tutoring my passion is Medicine (Cardiothoracic Surgery in particular) and my hobbies include trying new food, developing recipes and playing cricket! I am always looking to meet new people and I hope we get the chance to work together one day!
