About Rajshree
I pursued Diploma in naturopathy and yogic science from bharti Vidya peeth college of ayurveda . I have been practicing and teaching yoga since Last 3 years .I'm a doctor. I have knowledge about the different diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity , depression, PCOD etc.... which can reduce by aasana , pranayama, relaxation yoga , medication. I can help to develop body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength. I know about the modern exercises also . advise about diet as well.

Deadly! Rajshree is a nice yoga teacher :: lessons are relaxed but you can feel the stretching working :: She gives tips along the lessons about different asanas and their use in case you are suffering any health issue :: try a lesson with her, you will not regret
