About Rached
I am an École Polytechnique and ENSTA Paris engineering graduate with nearly two decades of experience in senior financial-markets roles at leading international banks. This background has given me a rigorous command of mathematics and extensive experience explaining complex ideas clearly and logically.
I am patient, dependable and committed to creating a supportive environment in which students feel comfortable asking questions. My aim is not simply to help students obtain the right answer, but to develop their reasoning, confidence and independence. I also hold a DBS certificate.

My lessons are structured around each student’s individual level, objectives and learning style. I begin by identifying any gaps in understanding, then explain concepts clearly and intuitively before reinforcing them through carefully selected examples, exercises and past-paper questions.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and combines conceptual understanding, guided problem-solving and independent practice. I also focus on exam technique, accuracy and developing the confidence to tackle unfamiliar questions.
I am a graduate of École Polytechnique and ENSTA Paris, with two engineering degrees and extensive professional experience applying mathematics in international investment banking. My lessons are suitable for students studying KS3, GCSE, A-level or Further Maths, as well as those preparing for university-level study.
