About Uvashinni

Hi! I am Uva I am a First-Class Economics graduate from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), and I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree by Research.

I have always enjoyed Economics because it helps us understand many things happening in our everyday lives. However, I also understand that Economics can sometimes seem difficult, especially when there are many theories, graphs and concepts to learn.

This is why I want to teach. I want to help students understand Economics in a **simple, clear and practical way**, rather than feeling pressured to memorize everything. I enjoy explaining concepts, sharing examples and helping students gain confidence in topics they find challenging.

I am a patient and approachable person, and I believe students learn better when they feel comfortable asking questions. Whether you are preparing for an exam, catching up on difficult topics or simply want to understand Economics better, I am happy to learn and work through it with you.

As I am also a student pursuing my Master's, I understand the challenges of studying, managing time and preparing for examinations.

I hope to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where you can learn at your own pace.

About the lesson

I believe Economics is easier when students understand the concepts rather than simply memorizing them. My teaching approach is simple, patient and student-centered.

I use clear explanations, real-life examples, diagrams, economic graphs and practice questions to help students understand difficult topics step by step. I also adapt my teaching pace according to each student's level and learning needs.

Each lesson is 1 hour, focusing on the student's specific learning needs, revision goals or examination preparation.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Service Economics) with First-Class Honors from UNIMAS and am currently pursuing a Master's Degree by Research. I also have experience working in an international-school environment.

My lessons are suitable for SPM, STPM and Foundation/Pre-University Economics students. My goal is to build students' understanding, confidence and exam skills.
