About Lauren
I am a highly motivated and disciplined Economics Undergraduate at the University of Cambridge. I am very friendly and patient with a true passion for teaching and helping students, particularly in subjects including, but not limited to, Mathematics, Chemistry, Economics and Oxbridge interview preparation.
My particular love for maths stems from the understanding numbers gives us of the world. From patterns in nature, to the wheels that keep human society and the economy going, mathematics is applicable to every part of life and an understanding of even the basic concepts of it, is an invaluable skill anyone can have. Maths provides the underlying theory that many other subjects build upon such as economics, chemistry and physics and I have a particular interest in the applications of maths to these areas, hence my passion for my degree.

Deadly! Very knowledgeable and confident. My daughter arranged the next lesson straight away!
Deadly! Lauren has been tutoring my daughter for her upcoming Economics & Maths A Levels, I can't recommend her enough! She's managed to understand how my daughter learns and has created a plan to get the best out of her, she's taught her time saving exam tricks and put all of their working in a shared one note file.
