About Kimberly
I have always loved working with children and in college I got my Bachelor's degree in Child and Development. Since then I have worked as a substitute teacher's assistant which has given me the opportunity to work with children in various grades from TK-2nd. I have also worked as a tutor for several grades in elementary school. I enjoy watching children succeed and hope to make a difference in all my students' lives.

In my lesson I plan on breaking concepts down so that my students understand them. I will try my best to provide multiple examples if my student does not understand right away. I am very patient and will not move onto another concept until i feel that the child feels confident. I feel that having meaningful discussions to better understand how my students think is very important so i can figure out how to explain different concepts to them.
