About Lily
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 10 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I truly enjoy helping students improve their English and build confidence in communication. I have taught around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning needs and styles.
I focus on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing to give students a complete learning experience. One of my proudest milestones is seeing students who once struggled become confident English speakers. Many of them have improved their academic performance and communication skills.
My teaching style is simple, supportive, and interactive. I encourage students to practise regularly and express themselves freely. I believe every student can succeed, and I am committed to helping them achieve their goals.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on helping students use English confidently in real-life communication. I believe that learning becomes effective when students understand how to apply the language in everyday situations, so I use real-life examples and case studies in my lessons.
These include situations like conversations, workplace communication, travel, and academic use. I focus strongly on motivation by encouraging students and creating a positive environment where they feel safe to speak and learn from mistakes.
I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life tasks that help students think in English and respond naturally. I teach with integrity by giving honest and clear feedback, helping students understand their strengths and improve step by step.
I also maintain flexibility by adapting lessons based on each student’s level, pace, and personal goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills to support complete language development.
