This class is perfect for absolute beginners or people who have some experience; I will create varying beautiful, embodied vinyasa flows that helps you connect your body and mind whilst working on strength, flexibility and awareness. I will help guide you through the correct alignment, breath work and support you virtually in the movements.
If there is any specific area you would like to target, please let me know as I am happy to create flows perfectly tailored for you.
