My Teaching way is practical and effective...
I always starts with basics and then move forward according to the calibre of student.
I take tests on a weekly basis to assess their knowledge which helps in keeping track on their performance as well. Starting with the chapter and then completing the whole question answer and the book exercise is important for students. I mainly focus on chapter reading, improving their writing skills and correcting spellings.
