i spent 15 years in the "real world", mostly working in the service industry, but also construction and security. when i got tired of that i decided to go back to school after having so many people tell me that i should because i'm "so smart". i decided on electrical engineering because all those people were right, i am so smart.

everyone is different. i learned this as a manager. and just like their is no perfect way to manage everyone, there is no perfect way to teach everyone. you first need to learn the personality type your are interacting with before you can begin the teaching process. especially with one on one tutoring this process is paramount.
