About Niaz
I have a BA in English Translation and I have been teaching English as a second language for 16 years. I own TESL certificate from Toronto CCLCS and teaching was always my passion, and would love to share my knowledge.

My teaching methodologies are based on the age levels I teach. For kids, I prefer to use Total Physical Response (TPS), which follows the idea of “ learning by doing “, a helpful method for beginners through repetitive actions such as “ close your book” or “sit down “, however, for adults and teens, my methods would be different For them, I use the direct method or natural method and the main idea of this method is that it only uses target language which my students are learning, English as their second language. I mainly focus on oral and repetitive drills and I teach them grammar in inductive way which they need to learn through my oral presentation. I also teach teens and adults in communicative language teaching (CLT)method, which helps learners communicate more effectively and correctly i real life situations that they may find themselves in since I need them to interact more, and they can focus on important functions like asking for directions, inviting, thanking and etc.
