About Valentin

I am passionate about combat sports, it runs through my veins.
My goal here is to develop parallel studies a rewarding activity in sharing, I am 18 years old and seek to sharpen my expertise in boxing. You learn a lot by teaching others.

About the lesson

I perfect experienced boxers and initiate those who want to start.

TECHNIQUE
-I carefully instill the basics of boxing (power, attitude, coordination)
"The dance"

-I give the essentials of
boxing (strategy, distance, attack, defense)
"Touch without being touched"

MIND
- J ' insists on the philosophy of combat sports, allowing to break the blockages, the fears, as well as to accelerate its learning.

Il s’investit à 100% dans ces cours, ce qui rend les choses très agréable pour travailler avec lui. Attention, Avec lui, le mot « je n’arrive pas » n’existe pas !
