About Jessica
Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am passionate about helping students succeed in Maths, Economics and Quantitative Methods. I have achieved strong results in these subjects at GCSE and A‑Level and I am currently studying economics in depth at university. This means I have both a solid foundation and up-to-date knowledge of what exam boards expect. I take pride in my professional yet friendly approach to tutoring. Each lesson is carefully planned and tailored to your needs, whether that’s breaking down challenging concepts, practising exam-style questions, or building your confidence in topics you find difficult. My teaching style is interactive and supportive—I believe there are no “silly” questions, and I always encourage my students to ask for clarification whenever they need it. Most lessons are one hour long, which allows enough time to cover key content while keeping you focused and engaged. I am reliable, patient, and committed to helping you achieve your academic goals, whether you are preparing for GCSEs, A‑Levels, or simply want to strengthen your understanding. With my guidance, you can feel confident that you’re learning from someone who genuinely cares about your progress and success. I look forward to working with you!

I focus on creating a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and build their understanding step by step. My teaching methodology combines clear explanations with worked examples, practice questions, and regular feedback, so students can see their progress over time. I adapt my techniques to suit each student’s learning style—for example, using visual aids, real-life examples, or exam-style practice depending on what works best for them. A typical lesson lasts one hour, but I am flexible and can offer longer sessions when needed, especially before exams. I have GCSEs and A‑Levels in Maths, Economics and Quantitative Methods and I am currently studying these subjects further at university, which means my knowledge is both up to date and directly relevant. My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A‑Level students of all ages who want to strengthen their understanding, improve their grades, or gain more confidence in these subjects. I am patient, approachable, and passionate about helping students achieve their goals.
