About Consuelo
With over 8 experience, I worked with several methodologies and received training from all; and I also taught classes for all ages and levels. I prepare classes focused on the student's needs and taking into account real and current events and daily situations. I have a degree in English, TESOL Level 5 Certificate and Cambridge and Michigan proficiency certificates. I am here to help you improve your fluency and proficiency.

I believe in working with the methodology that suits the student. My experience is based on several methodologies, and I believe that the Communicative Approach, which is the methodology that takes into account the student's life and experience from the lesson planning, is appropriate for the teaching of today's society. Having that said, I usually use authentic materials and all kinds of cultural materials to engage and empower the students.
