About Penelope
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Information Systems. I have 9 years of experience teaching Excel to students and working professionals. My interest in data tools began through working with spreadsheets and discovering how data organization improves decision-making. Teaching allows me to share these skills in a simple and practical way.
My teaching style is structured, clear, and adaptable. I adjust lessons based on each student’s learning needs. Some learners prefer guided demonstrations, while others learn better through practice. I encourage active participation and consistent improvement. Building confidence with Excel is a key part of my approach.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring data analysis tools and business intelligence systems. Staying updated helps me bring useful techniques into lessons. I enjoy helping students become more confident in handling data. Watching learners grow in skill and independence is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My Excel lessons focus on helping students develop strong practical skills for managing and analyzing data. I teach spreadsheets, formulas, functions, charts, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and reporting techniques using real-world examples.
