About Chase
My journey with Excel began while studying business data and realizing how strongly decision-making depends on organized information. I completed a B.Com in Business Analytics and Information Systems, where spreadsheets became an essential analytical tool. Over 7 years of teaching, I have helped students replace hesitation with clarity by learning how Excel supports logical thinking and structured work. I teach with patience and clarity, ensuring learners never feel rushed or judged. I focus on explaining not only the steps, but the reasoning behind each action so students develop transferable skills. Lessons are adjusted to individual goals, whether academic, professional, or personal. Beyond teaching, I continue working with data organization, reporting tools, and workflow optimization. These experiences keep my lessons practical and relevant. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see students gain confidence in handling information independently and accurately.

My lessons focus on helping students move beyond basic spreadsheet use and toward purposeful data handling. We explore formulas, functions, conditional logic, tables, and clean data organization so learners understand not only how tools work, but why they matter. Concepts are introduced gradually, using realistic examples that reflect academic, business, and everyday needs. This approach reduces confusion and builds comfort with spreadsheets as a problem-solving tool rather than a source of frustration.
Lesson structure adapts carefully to each learner’s experience. Beginners start with cell referencing, formatting, simple formulas, and data entry discipline. Intermediate learners build confidence with logical functions, lookup tools, charts, and structured tables. Advanced learners refine data validation, efficiency techniques, error checking, and scenario-based analysis. Practice tasks are expanded and discussed in detail so learners understand mistakes, corrections, and improved strategies clearly.
