About Ronan
My interest in Excel began from curiosity about how digital tools can simplify data organization and reporting tasks. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and have 5 years of teaching experience. Over time, I have helped students improve spreadsheet skills through structured and practical learning methods.
I believe Excel becomes easier when students understand the purpose behind each feature instead of memorizing steps. My teaching method focuses on practical exercises, real-life examples, and clear explanations. I encourage students to practice regularly and develop independent problem-solving abilities.
In the long run, my goal is to help students build strong spreadsheet and reporting skills that support success in academics and professional careers. I aim to guide them toward mastering data handling, analysis, and reporting techniques. As they grow, they become capable of using Excel confidently in business, administration, and analytical environments where organization and efficiency are essential.

My Excel lessons are designed to help students understand how spreadsheets can be used for organization, calculation, and data analysis in practical situations. I teach formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, sorting, filtering, and formatting using step-by-step explanations and hands-on exercises. Instead of focusing only on features, I help students understand how Excel improves efficiency and supports decision making.
Each lesson is adapted according to the learner’s level. Beginners focus on spreadsheet basics, formatting, and simple formulas. Intermediate learners work on functions, charts, and organized data management. Advanced learners focus on dashboards, automation basics, and analytical reporting. Regular exercises help students improve speed, accuracy, and confidence.
In the long run, my goal is to help students become confident Excel users who can manage and analyze information efficiently. As they progress, they begin understanding how spreadsheets support business operations, office work, and educational projects. This builds practical digital skills and confidence in handling data professionally.
