About Riyana
I hold a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and have 6 years of experience teaching Excel to students and professionals from different backgrounds. My interest in technology and data management led me to develop strong skills in Excel, which I now share with my students. I believe that learning Excel should be practical and useful for real-life tasks.
In my teaching approach, I focus on clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and regular practice. I help students understand not just how to use tools but also why they are important. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s learning pace and comfort level to ensure effective learning.
Outside of teaching, I continue improving my knowledge of data tools and software. This helps me bring updated techniques into my lessons. Helping students gain confidence and improve their skills is very rewarding. I am committed to supporting learners in becoming efficient and skilled Excel users.

Learning Excel becomes easier when students understand how to use it for real tasks instead of only learning formulas without purpose. In my lessons, I focus on basic to advanced features such as data entry, formatting, formulas, charts, and data analysis. Each concept is explained in a simple and structured way so students can follow without confusion. I include practical exercises that help students apply what they learn in real situations. The learning environment is supportive and clear, allowing students to practice comfortably and improve steadily.
Lessons are designed based on the student’s level and goals. Beginners start with basic functions, simple formulas, and understanding the interface. Intermediate learners focus on data management, charts, and useful tools like sorting and filtering. Advanced students work on complex formulas, data analysis, and automation techniques. I make sure students understand each concept clearly before moving forward so their progress remains steady and strong.
The goal of my Excel lessons is to help students work efficiently with data and feel confident using spreadsheets. They learn how to organize information, analyze data, and solve problems effectively. Over time, students improve their practical skills and become comfortable using Excel in different situations.
