About Rhea
My passion for Excel began when I saw how spreadsheets can turn overwhelming information into clear, structured insight. This led me to complete a B.Com in Business Analytics followed by an M.Sc in Financial Data Management, where I studied reporting systems, analytical workflows, and professional data organization methods. Over 10 years of teaching experience, I have supported learners through Excel with patience, clarity, and strong practical guidance.
I believe Excel should be taught through real-world relevance rather than confusing technical overload. My teaching style focuses on breaking tasks into manageable steps, explaining formulas clearly, and encouraging students to explore tools confidently. I support learners in building strong habits for organizing data, creating reports, and solving spreadsheet challenges independently. Many students improve rapidly once they realize Excel mastery comes through practice and supportive feedback.
Outside tutoring, I remain engaged with Excel through analytics projects, dashboard development, and continuous learning of new spreadsheet features. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I witness students transform confusion into confidence, gaining a skill that opens doors academically and professionally.

Excel becomes an empowering skill when students realize it is not only about numbers, but about organizing information clearly and making smarter decisions through data. In my lessons, I guide learners through spreadsheet fundamentals, formulas, functions, data cleaning, charts, pivot tables, and dashboard creation in a way that feels practical and approachable. I focus on helping students understand why Excel tools matter and how they apply in real academic, business, and professional contexts. Lessons are structured, supportive, and designed to build confidence through hands-on learning.
Each session is adapted to the learner’s level and goals. Beginners start with navigation, formatting, simple calculations, and essential functions such as SUM, IF, and basic chart building. Intermediate learners strengthen skills through lookup formulas, conditional formatting, structured reporting, and efficient spreadsheet organization. Advanced students explore pivot tables, automation techniques, dashboard design, and workplace-level analytical workflows. Every lesson includes guided exercises, correction support, and encouragement that helps learners progress steadily.
Excel lessons also build independence and confidence when working with data. Many learners feel excited once they can create professional reports and organized dashboards.
