About Ario
I'm an experienced executive personal trainer that specializes in working with busy executives and working professionals that want to build a body that performs, impresses, and endures. I have over 50 certifications in the field from reputable institutes including Stanford University, American College of Sports Medicine, and Exos. I have over 6 years of clinical, commercial, and even competitive (NCAA) coaching experience.

In your initial session, we'll perform a comprehensive baseline test to benchmark your health and fitness. This includes:
- Body composition testing (fat mass, muscle mass, hydration, etc.)
- Metabolic testing (basal metabolic rate, respiratory rate, fat-burning efficiency, etc.)
- Movement testing (joint range of motion, coordination, stability, etc.)
- Subjective goal setting.
Based on all the data above, I'll design a comprehensive and personalized movement, nutrition, and recovery plan that we'll follow during our Executive Personal Training sessions.
