About Nitin

I am a Medical Student studying at the University Of Southampton. My goal is to build a working relationship with my students. I am professional and punctual, and my motto is STUDENTS FIRST. I am looking for hardworking and dedicated students, together we can turn studying from a chore, into something rewarding and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My teaching style is the opposite of what students might be used to. Endless scans of textbook pages, bland and uninterested tutors repeating lines and lines from the same CGP revision guides. I know that isn't how students learn. A good working relationship, built on communication and respect, focusing on learning the fundamentals and learning the process, not just memorising the answers. My teaching style is one that is hyper-focused on maximising my students' success rate. My motto is STUDENTS FIRST. I will go the extra mile to plan your lessons thoroughly, and will never end a lesson while my students have any doubts just because "your timeslot is up". I specialise in teaching 11+ entry, Maths, Biology and Chemistry up to A-level standard. My lessons are meticulously planned. With a focus on doing more than just getting students to memorise their syllabus. When I teach science, I teach principles and systems, and guide students on how to apply the theories they learn and putting their knowledge into practice. Exam question practice is critical to all students, and I aim to do more than just list off endless questions and mark them "Right" or "Wrong". With my students I help them understand exactly what examiners are searching for, guiding them through the questions and building good habits and methods for tackling even the toughest of questions. I am looking forward to working with you!
