About Kyra-Jade

Hi, I’m Kyra-Jade — a tutor with a creative twist! With a background in fashion and digital design, I bring energy, imagination, and a fresh approach to learning. My journey into education started with running creative workshops for children with learning differences, and since then I’ve supported students in schools, summer camps, and one-to-one tuition. I know that no two learners are the same, and that’s exactly what I love about teaching. Whether a student is analytical, visual, curious, or hands-on, I tailor each session to match their unique strengths and spark their interest. Beyond tutoring, I am an events host and I’ve worked in digital marketing and hospitality — experiences that help me connect with a range of people in a modern, relatable way. I’m organised, friendly, and passionate about helping students discover that learning can be both empowering and fun.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m Kyra-Jade — a friendly, creative tutor who believes that learning should feel empowering, not overwhelming. I specialise in Maths and Science for Key Stage 2 and 3, including learners with SEN and EHCPs. My lessons are full of encouragement, colour, and clarity. Whether we’re cracking tricky word problems or mastering multiplication, I break things down step by step using visual aids, real-life examples, and creative techniques that actually make sense. Very meaningful learning, at your pace. I work especially well with students who need a little boost in confidence or who learn in unique ways. Every lesson is tailored to the student — some love games and stories, others prefer structure and quiet time, and we adjust accordingly. Lessons usually run for 90 to 120 minutes and can take place online or in person if you are local. I’ve delivered 110+ hours of tutoring, supported learners in university settings, and even taught at kids’ coding camps — so I bring both heart and experience to every session. Whether you're preparing for a new school year or just want to feel more confident in class, I'm here to help you enjoy learning and feel proud of your progress.
