Hello, my name Lawrence Naibei, and I am an engineering professional passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in mathematics, physics, and engineering-related subjects. My teaching approach focuses on making complex concepts simple, practical, and easy to understand through step-by-step explanations and real-world examples.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods based on the student’s level, goals, and learning style. During lessons, I encourage active participation, problem-solving, and critical thinking instead of simple memorization. I also create a supportive and patient learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
A typical lesson begins with reviewing previous material and identifying areas where the student needs improvement.
