About Sibusisiwe
I am a Business Analyst and certified Geologist. I have 3 years experience tutoring at Primary, Secondary and University level. I am passionate, reliable and strive for success in my students. My students achieve over 70% within their subjects, with one increasing their marks from 40% to 65% in just 5 lessons.

My first method is getting to know the individuals. The more I know about my students, the
more likely I am to capture and hold their interest. When students are motivated because
i am providing choice of how to gain knowledge and how to process the new information
they perform better. From here i try to understand a students a learning style, and find teaching approaches that would best suite their style. From here, teaching is much easier and more personalised to the student.
I conduct my classes and sessions in an interactive way- teach, ask questions, engage and do activites, thereafter homework and corrections and feedback the next sessions. I make sure that activities and questions are aligned to the set curriculum and also assist during exams.
I also try by all means to interact with the students teachers or lecturers. This makes sure that all their needs and shortfalls are addressed, and ensures alignment with the school goals.
