About George
I'm an inspiring Teacher, Middle leader and Educational Researcher. I love teaching and believe educators have three core purposes: to develop a love of learning in students; to equip students with an understanding of how they learn and to impart subject specific knowledge and skills. I also see the importance of grounding teaching practice in educational research. This view has driven me to take a two Master’s degrees and two further year-long CPD courses. My mentoring approach is supportive and simple, I aim to give clear honest feedback on single areas for development and impart the general belief that there are myriad ways to become an outstanding teacher.
I have consistently got outstanding GCSE and A level exam results for the past 8 years and have experience marking A level exam scripts for pearson.
