About Aisha
Hello, I'm Aisha, an educator with 10 years of experience teaching history, geography, English and social studies. I have taught across national and international curricula, including IB MYP, Cambridge O Level and A Level, and I have also taught IB Diploma History. I hold a Master's in Curriculum Development from the University of Karachi, I did my early education in Dubai, UAE, and I have completed IB professional development in MYP Individuals and Societies, DP TOK & many more.
Having studied and taught in different countries and educational systems, I value diversity in every form: culture, background, language and learning style. I have worked with students from varied backgrounds, including learners who need additional support, and I adapt my lessons so that every student feels included, respected and able to succeed.
I currently lead student development and research mentoring at an A Level college, where I guide students through independent research projects and portfolio building. I am patient, organized and encouraging, and my goal is to help every student understand their subjects, feel confident in exams and enjoy learning.

Hi, I'm Aisha. I've taught history, geography and English for 10 years in both national and international curricula, including IB MYP, Cambridge O Level and A Level. I teach through clear explanations, guided practice and regular feedback. Students learn how to build arguments, use evidence and structure answers the way examiners expect. I use visuals, current events and multimedia to make topics easier to remember, and I adapt my pace to each learner.
A typical lesson
We start with a quick review of the last lesson and any homework. Then we work on one focus topic or skill, such as essay structure, source analysis or a tricky concept. Next the student practices on exam-style questions while I guide them. We finish with feedback, a short summary of what improved, and a clear task for the week ahead.
What sets me apart
I know how assessment works from the inside, because I've taught exam classes and led curriculum planning and assessment. My Cambridge O Level Pakistan Studies classes achieved A*/A grades at rates of 89% and 75%. I'm also experienced in inclusive teaching and have supported students who learn differently, so I'm patient and flexible.
