About the lesson

In order to ensure information retention, I allow the student to attempt the problem on their own. This allows me to see where they might be confused or need help and tells me what I should focus on during our sessions. I also return to these same problems later during our session to confirm that the student understood. I consider myself a great tutor because of my patience and drive to help others. I am not satisfied until I'm sure that I've given a task my all, which applies to tutoring. If I feel that a student is having trouble with something, I will keep working with them and guiding them until they feel comfortable with the problem. I am confident in my ability to teach anyone who needs help in math from pre-k up to college-level courses like Calculus 1, 2, and 3. I'm also happy to help anyone who needs help with SAT Math practice.
