About Eloise
I am a dedicated and patient Mathematics and Chemistry tutor committed to helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing their understanding at their own pace.

My approach as a tutor is friendly, patient, and student-centered. I believe students learn best when they understand the ideas behind a topic rather than simply memorizing formulas or answers. I teach Mathematics and Chemistry using clear explanations, practical examples, step-by-step problem solving, and regular practice.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous work and an assessment of the student’s current understanding. I then introduce the new concept in a simple and structured way, demonstrate worked examples, and guide the student through practice questions. I encourage students to ask questions throughout the lesson and gradually become more independent in solving problems. Each lesson ends with a brief review and targeted exercises to reinforce what has been learned.
What sets me apart is my ability to simplify challenging topics and adapt my teaching style to each student's learning pace and needs. I focus on identifying gaps in understanding, building confidence, and developing strong problem-solving and examination skills rather than rushing through the syllabus.
My lessons are suitable for students from middle school through high school, including learners preparing for school examinations, standardized tests, or students who simply want to strengthen their foundation in Mathematics and Chemistry. I also welcome students who need additional support with specific topics or concepts.
