About Chinenye

Hello! My name is Faith, and I hold a bachelor's degree in chemistry education from the University of Nigeria. I am a passionate and dedicated mathematics teacher with over six years of experience teaching both in traditional classrooms and online environments.

I specialize in teaching mathematics to pre-elementary, elementary, and middle school students (Pre-K to Grade 8). Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different ages, learning styles, and ability levels. This experience has taught me that every child learns differently, and I tailor my lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.

My goal is to help students build confidence, develop strong problem-solving skills, and enjoy learning mathematics. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes.

My lessons are interactive, engaging, and student-centered. I use visual aids, real-life examples, games, videos, and practice activities to make mathematical concepts easy to understand. I also encourage students to share their ideas and participate actively during lessons, making learning both enjoyable and effective.

Over the years, I have successfully helped many students improve their grades, strengthen their mathematical foundations, and gain confidence in their abilities. I have also prepared students for important examinations, including SAT Mathematics, with excellent results.

Outside teaching, I enjoy singing, traveling, reading, and storytelling. Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than seeing my students grow academically and achieve their goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to make Mathematics simple, engaging, and enjoyable for every student. I believe that every learner is unique, so I tailor my teaching approach to match each student's learning style, strengths, and goals.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and begins with a brief review of previously learned concepts. I then introduce new topics using clear explanations, visual aids, real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance to ensure understanding. Throughout the lesson, students are encouraged to ask questions, share their ideas, and actively participate in problem-solving activities.

I use a variety of teaching resources, including pictures, interactive exercises, games, videos, and practice questions, to keep students engaged and motivated. My goal is not only to help students find the correct answers but also to develop their critical thinking and confidence in mathematics.

Whether a student needs help catching up, improving grades, preparing for examinations, completing homework, or building a strong mathematical foundation, I provide patient and supportive guidance every step of the way. I create a positive learning environment where students can learn at their own pace without fear of making mistakes.

Over the years, I have successfully helped struggling students improve their performance, gain confidence, and achieve better academic results. I have also prepared students for important examinations, including SAT mathematics.

My commitment is to make every lesson productive, interactive, and rewarding while helping students reach their full potential in mathematics.
