No refunds for late cancellations. A postponement should take place at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment, Payments are to be done in advance. Electronic payment is recommended. If the reason a lesson can not happen for my personal reason, it shall not be forfeited but arrangements shall be made for a catch up lesson.
