About Rudhresh
I'm a second-year Actuarial Science student at the London School of Economics, where I work with advanced mathematics daily. Before university, I achieved top grades in A-Level Maths and Further Maths, and I've been tutoring privately for several years alongside my studies.
Maths has always been something I've genuinely enjoyed, and I find that enthusiasm makes a real difference in lessons. I'm patient, approachable and happy to explain things as many times as needed.
My students and their parents tell me I'm good at making tricky topics feel straightforward, which I think comes from remembering clearly what it's like to learn these things for the first time.
Outside of tutoring and my degree, I'm interested in finance and data, and I enjoy finding ways to show students how the maths they're learning connects to the real world.

I'm Rudhresh, a second-year Actuarial Science student at the London School of Economics with several years of private maths tutoring experience. I tutor GCSE Maths, A-Level Maths and A-Level Further Maths, all online via Zoom or Google Meet.
I focus on building real understanding, not just memorising methods. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my approach to suit how your child thinks and where they need the most support. Sessions are a mix of clear explanation, worked examples and practice, and I'll often set a few follow-up questions between lessons so the ideas stick.
I've worked with students across a wide range of abilities, from those needing help with confidence to those pushing for top grades. If your child is finding a particular topic difficult, wants structured support in the lead-up to exams, or is tackling Further Maths (a particular strength of mine), I'm happy to help.
Sessions are typically one hour, and I offer a free introductory call so your child and I can meet, talk through their goals, and make sure it's a good fit. I also like to keep parents in the loop with their children's progress, so if that is something you are particularly looking for, look no further!
