About Stella
I am a Math tutor with over 5 years of experience and hold an MMath degree. My passion lies not only in teaching mathematics but also in uncovering the history and evolution of mathematical thought. I believe that numbers and theorems are more than abstract symbols—they are the result of centuries of human curiosity and creativity. That’s why I enjoy guiding students through the cultural and intellectual journey of mathematics. In my lessons, I often explore how ancient civilizations like the Babylonians, Egyptians, Greeks, and Indians shaped the foundations of the subject. Their contributions reveal the timeless importance of mathematical ideas in society and science. I also highlight the origins of famous theorems and the fascinating stories behind great discoveries.
