About Rashid
My name is Rashid Abu Helwa and I reside in UAE, Sharjah. Better known as the city right next to Dubai. I lived here my whole life and studied medicine here as well at the University of Sharjah. I finished my M.B.B.S degree in 2024 with a degree of honors and I am working as an intern doctor at Emirates Health Services. I am the founder of the PACademia YouTube channel which is a private tutoring channel predicated on teaching our medical students at the University of Sharjah the different lectures. I also had experience since my time in school in teaching different subjects such as math, biology, and chemistry. With the vast experience and the skill to be able to identify the weak spots of every student during the time I tutor them as well as make it a friendly and engaging environment. I am sure students will love to come back for more and more sessions all the time with me.

I am an experienced tutor at both private and public levels, giving both in plenty during my time in medical school. I love going for engaging methods of teaching allowing the students to engage in sharing and conversing with me during the session and have it more of a discussion to tailor the session to their weaknesses throughout. A typical lesson plan would follow in pursuit of what the student is looking for to be filled, whether it's the lecture he is struggling with or the objective he missed the point of. Of course a rundown on the basics needed for every subject will be taught and revised. I will make sure that the student leaves every point fully grasping the idea to make sure that no gaps are present throughout the session as in my experience this is the main reason why a lot of students struggle with certain topics, even myself :). Lessons are of course tailored to anyone who is studying anything related to topics of medicine and health sciences. My strength lies mainly in teaching the following subjects: Anatomy, Pathology, Physiology, Radiology, and Clinical rotations: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery.
