About Ren

I am a classically trained pianist with a diploma in piano and a lifelong passion for music, creativity and teaching. My background combines music with many years of experience working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

I teach because I believe music should be something you experience and enjoy, not simply a series of exercises to complete. I particularly enjoy helping adults who have always wanted to play, people returning to music after many years, and students who may have felt that traditional lessons were not for them.

My approach is warm, encouraging and creative, with the aim of helping every student discover their own relationship with music.

About the lesson

My lessons are creative, relaxed and tailored to each student. I combine solid musical technique with a practical and enjoyable approach, helping you understand music rather than simply repeat exercises. Whether you are a complete beginner or already experienced, we can work on piano, music theory, interpretation and creativity at your own pace. My aim is to build confidence, musicality and, most importantly, a genuine enjoyment of making music.
