About Laura
Hi, I am Laura. I have been a primary school teacher for over 11 years now. I currently teach children 6-7 years old; however, I have previously taught age ranges between 7-10 years old. In my teaching career, I have gained a deep understanding of how many different children learn and have a huge bank of approaches to tackling areas children need more support with. I want the children I teach to be engaged in their learning and see their own successes.

As an experienced primary school teacher, I will strive to teach your child in a style that suits their needs. This could be through games, practical activities, songs and repeated practice. I always break down learning into manageable chunks to ensure your child can reach their end goal. I can focus on specific aspects of maths such as mental addition and subtraction, times tables or assess which areas they could benefit from some more support in. Lessons are priced at £30. This covers my hourly rate for the lesson and the time it takes to prepare a personalised lesson for your child. In addition, I have to pay a charge to superprof for each lesson.
