About Jamika

Hi everyone! My name is Jamika and I am your dancing and acting instructor! I have been dancing off and on for 20 years now, and I can honestly say it's what I love. It is my gift to share with the world and I can't wait to share it with you!

My rates are based on a daily service, and depending on the travel may include additional fees. Don't let that discourage you, it will be worth it!

I can honestly say it makes me extremely happy. It is my stress reliever and my passion.

I started teaching from choreographing pieces for my dance group. I never realized how much I loved it, or would be good at it, until I stepped out of the dancer role.

I have most of my dance experience from training in different dance studios and while in college. I have a Bachelors degree in Theatre with a concentration on Performing arts. I am working towards my Master's of Fine Arts in dance as we speak.

About the lesson

When working with a new student I like to access their current progress and goals. This dictates what our journey will entail.

I have worked with most ages, from elementary level to adult ages.

My advice to a new student would be to not be afraid of a challenge! Have fun!
