About Jeremy

I have been acting on and off for over 20 years, and have several awards for it. I have taught acting for about 7 years, primarily for high school students. Most recently, I was the director of a Dinner Theater and would coach about 20 adult actors on a weekly basis.

About the lesson

The first session is usually a "get to know you" session to find your experience level, what you are looking to get out of these sessions, what your end goals are, etc... Then once I have a feel of what they are looking for, we will talk through some scenarios, and have them do a cold-reading, then take that same monologue home and work on it for the next session (memorized).

I have worked with students that have had zero experience to seasoned actors that have been acting for over 30 years.

Get to know them and don't be afraid to turn them down and look for someone else if their personality or teaching style doesn't match yours. I am very laid back and relaxed as long as you do what you need to do. I don't want to waste your time, and I don't want my time wasted either.

I have recently been taking my acting experience into the stand up stage, and have been making waves in the local scene here.
