His down to earth nature. Thomas tells it like it is (thank you Aaron Neville) without being a jerk. He has a good ability to identify what an actor needs to work on and an even better ability to help them work on that. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have an acting coach that won't talk down to you, but will still provide help and development.

Thomas is a superb acting coach. As a beginner in acting, he pushed me to keep digging deeper on what’s behind the script. Very meticulous and thorough instructor. He breaks down the scene and focuses on the underlying subtext and meaning behind the scene which in turn makes the actor understand the circumstances and deliver a great performance. He is very patient and works around the actor.
